Vertical Leadership Development Coachining

The researchers have identified seven stages through which leaders can develop and each later stage builds upon the previous stage. Each new stage becomes increasingly complex and unlocks important new capabilities and perspectives that were not previously available. Rather, it’s their internal “action logic”—how they interpret their surroundings and react when their power or safety is challenged” (HBR).  The process:
